Refund policy
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds.
EXCHANGES:
We welcome exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping it to Jolly Tees and More and shipping charges for new product. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. There is a $5.00 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of item.
All exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported with 15 days of date of purchase for warranty replacement. After the 15 days, Jolly Tees and More have no further liability.
Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.
Please specify the name of product you would like to in exchange, and what size you would like. Included this in your return package or email the details with your order number to sales@jollyteesandmore.com.
